Called ask about my Truck rep. Told me what I needed said everything would be be in box took a while to come across country. But well worth the wait . Plug and play had to remove old wiring harness but after that converter plug right in work and looks Great be LED tail light on the market. Great job Alpha Rex. Another satisfied customer!!!
I absolutely love these. They add so much of a modern day look to a slightly older truck in a very classy way, and the start up sequence is so cool to watch.
I wish their instructions were more clear and complete for installation, and when you reached out to customer support they actually responded to you. I guess I'll just go figure it out on my own.
Went from OEM to alpha Rex and my gawly let me tell yah these things are the cats meow. The fact I was at a stop light and someone was laughing in front of me and pulled her mirror in because of how bright they are without the high beams on should tell you everything you need to know. The install felt like butter, slide in 100 times better than OEM. I will also go to the extent that I had a major issue with these out of the box... HOWEVER after calling customer service and they knew what was wrong right away and got sent pictures (yes a company sent me pictures via SMS) and a detailed description of what was wrong made me feel more than comfortable choosing and sticking with alpha Rex. (Resistors for low beams where plugged into the highs causing low beam to hyper flash). Again couldn't recommend. Plus everyone seems to love looking at the lights! Keep it up alpha Rex. So I purchased both the headlights and taillights for a 2006 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado installation was a very quick and easy plug-in play. I was very satisfied with the quality of the build and just the overall quality of the product. The one thing I will say having a QR code on the box for the installation guide when you're spending $1300 for the headlights plus the tail lights altogether the least you could do is add a paper installation guide and leveling guide. That aside anytime I need new headlights or tail lights for any of my vehicles. I will be going to Alpha Rex first.
