Installation Guide for 03-06 Chevrolet Silverado | 02-06 Avalanche(without body cladding) NOVA-Series LED Projector Headlights
THIS GUIDE IS FOR
NOTE: Some vehicle require the DRL harness installed for the headlight to function properly.
Do NOT use dielectric or any type of weather sealing grease on connectors or sockets.
Doing so will result in connection problems and will not be covered under warranty. Please click HERE for further explanation.

PART I - REMOVE HEADLIGHTS
DISCONNECTING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Whenever working on your vehicle always start by disconnecting the negative battery terminal.
REMOVE THE RADIATOR SUPPORT COVER
Utilize the panel popper to detach the plastic clips securing the radiator support cover.
Remove the radiator support cover.
REMOVE THE GRILLE
Use the flathead screwdriver or the panel popper to help you remove the grille.
Detach the grille by unclipping it from the mounts.
Pull the grille toward you to remove it, and set it aside for reinstallation later.
REMOVE THE HEADLIGHTS
First, take out the headlight locator pin that is holding the upper headlight assembly in place.
Next, disconnect all the light connections from the headlight.
Use a flathead screwdriver to unclip and remove the lower section of the headlight assembly. 
Remove all of the light bulbs from the headlight assembly.
Please follow the same steps for the other side of the headlight.
PART II - INSTALL HEADLIGHTS
INSTALL ALPHAREX HEADLIGHTS
Begin by installing the lower part of the headlight assembly.
Connect the parking light, turn signal and DRL connectors to the headlight assembly.
DO NOT USE DIELECTRIC GREASE!
Ensure that the sockets are securely fastened to the headlight assembly to prevent the accumulation of dust or moisture.
When all the connections are properly plugged into the new headlight, you can proceed with the installation into the vehicle.
Following that, install the upper part of the headlight assembly by connecting the DRL, low beam and high beam connections. DO NOT USE DIELECTRIC GREASE! 
Please follow the same steps for the other side of the headlight.
Finish the installation by securing the headlights to the truck.
Reverse the headlight removal process to complete the installation.
TEST THE HEADLIGHT FUNCTIONS
Test the functions of your ALPHAREX headlights to ensure everything works properly.
ADJUST HEADLIGHT LEVEL
After headlights installation is complete.
You will next aim the headlight at about 25ft against a wall on a level surface.
Clockwise to lower the level
Counterclockwise to raise the level
Please follow the same procedure for the other headlight.
COMPLETE INSTALLATION
