    This policy applies to products purchased from authorized resellers only, where the reseller is unable to fulfill the warranty claim.
  • Defective Item Criteria

    The defective item must meet the criteria outlined in our standard warranty policy regarding defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Proof of Purchase

    Customers must provide proof of purchase from the authorized reseller to qualify for an in-house replacement.
  • Verification

    Our team will verify the authorized reseller's inability to fulfill the warranty claim before proceeding with an in-house replacement.
  • Replacement Process

    The replacement will be provided with a similar or functionally equivalent item, subject to availability.
  • Shipping

    Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the replacement unit from our facilities unless otherwise specified.
  • Limitations

    This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, physical damage, or accidents.
  • Exclusions

Replacement Policy Disclaimer

  • Deposit Requirement

    A deposit is required for the replacement unit. This deposit will be refunded once the old unit is returned to us.
  • Return Timeline

    You must return the defective item within 30 days of receiving the replacement unit. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being considered as payment for the replacement unit.
  • Condition of Returned Item

    The returned item must match the item originally purchased or agreed upon.
  • Non-Return Charge

    If the defective item is not returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement unit, we will charge the cost of the replacement unit. No refund for the deposit will be granted under these circumstances.
  • Refund Process

    Refunds for the deposit will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
