All AlphaRex products are provided with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty upon the date of purchase, which covers all manufacturing defects, in accordance with the conditions below for the first purchaser or person receiving the product as a present, starting with the purchase date stated on the sales invoice provided by AlphaRex. This warranty applies to all products ordered directly from the AlphaRex website. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or country.
This warranty only applies if the usability of the product is considerably adversely affected by a material or manufacturing fault already present at the time of hand-over (defect). The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by any of the below conditions:
- Carrier damage
- Misuse or modification of the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages resulting from extreme weather and solvents
- Normal discoloration
- Repairs beyond the warranty period
We sincerely suggest you check the product upon delivery. Should you find any damages or defects upon installation, please contact us so that we may assist you.
We also highly recommend our customers to install our products with mechanics because they have the right tools to install and equipment to test the lights.
To claim our warranty, please write to us via support@alpharexusa.com or message us on our social media account and talk to our representatives. You will need to provide your invoice number for us to pull up your record, and the invoice number can be found on the email we sent you when the transaction goes through.
For 2-year limited warranty, AlphaRex will then decide whether the defect is covered by our warranty. If this is the case, we will repair or replace the product for you. If it is covered by our warranty program, we will cover the costs occurred including the return shipment. If the product is no longer available, we may issue a refund to you or replaced with a comparable successor product.
Incidental and consequential damage (e.g. financial losses) are not included under this 2-year warranty. The guarantee is limited to the value of the product. If AlphaRex agrees to warranty a case under this 2-year warranty, claims from this warranty lapse six months after they have been asserted but not before expiry of this guarantee 2-year period.
This 2-year warranty grants you exclusively the rights described above. In addition, you may also have other statutory rights, particularly country-specific rights, which differ in the way they regulate liability for defects, compensation claims and consequential damage and are possibly more extensive.
