Previously had the Luxx Chrome series, passenger side turn signal shorted out along with not being able to align even after being taken to a shop. These fit better than those did and look even better. Being as the truck is lifted and they’re very bright, I tend to blind smaller cars, but not my problem lol. High beams don’t make much of a difference but just low beams enough is plenty bright. Hopefully for the price these will last longer than the previous set.
Made the back of the truck look completely different. Easy install. Time will tell if the quality was worth the money, but for now overall satisfied.
Firstly these lights look great for the most part and I would love to give them 5 stars but there are a couple of issues. Firstly for an almost $800 set of headlights to not include the fuse tap needed for the DRLs to work is crazy to me. We are talking about a $3 part. I went to two local auto parts stores and one was sold out of them and the other only had low profile taps which wont work. I had to run out twice, then settle for amazon which took two days, all because you wouldn’t spring for a $3 part. Charge me $3 more, I expect everything needed to be in the box if you say plug and play. Secondly, on the lens there is some excess silicone or whatever sealant you are using. I am afraid to scratch the lens by using a razor blade to get it off. I will probably just live with it. Lastly, and this one is minor, the wire is cut to start on the driver-side, because that is were the battery is. Well that isnt always the case, my 2014 F250 has the battery on the passenger side. You can reverse the cable easily enough, but then the DRL wire isnt long enough and has to be extended.
Love that it has the separate daytime running harness. Sad it couldn't be a bit simpler to adjust but the adjustments are pretty easy. I can seeeee these at 10x better then dodges oem.
I’ve owned this pair for a year now and my driver side brake lights don’t all work now not sure what happened as far as internals go
