Stay away! Nothing but cheap Chinese plastic. Not to mention the ball joints crumble within the first week of owning them. Had my first pair and nothing but issues straight outta the box... spend a grand and get fucked. Resistors plugged in completely wrong. (Don't know why they won't fix there bad batch). And not to mention I went on a road trip to have both of my lights drop to the ground (vertical). Called them and was told all nice and calm I will get a new pair. Kept them on while I was consistently calling them every day waiting and waiting for a answer (yes chewing into my work day spending hours trying to even get ahold of them), was told numerous times I will get a call back and never once did until I got pushy with them. I had to fight for weeks to get a solid answer. However during this span the prong for my driver side magically came off and ruined my ac compressor and serp belt costing me a good 450 bucks. Then to find out I have to give them more money to even send my lights back! The new pair arrives and everything looks good until AGAIN ANOTHER BAD BATCH.... this time double whammy resistors plugged in wrong and there ball joint screws have a three and a little bolt well the threads aren't even in the fucking plastic all the way so I can't get my driver side all the way up. I paid a grand and expected nothing but "unrivaled lighting" and got horrible headlights, followed by terrible customer service... yes they look cool but are they worth the hassle? No cheap plastic is what these are. Save yourself the time and but a nice set of mishimotos. Below you will see a "crack" look closely as you can see the fucking thread was never fully seated, horrible customer service, and a video of a dropped shaking projector... wish I could add everything however "one video allowed at a time". I have an entire album of issues with my alpha rexes
Good looking tail lights. The start up feature is really cool and the sequential turn signal is nice. Only thing complaint would be the reverse lights, I wish they were brighter. Other than that over great tail lights .
I have nothing but issues with these since day one, high beams not working, low beams not working, got most issues fixed after some help with alpharex. i have tried nicer halogen bulbs, morimoto leds, got a little better light out put with auxbeams, these just have garbage output!!!!!!! I went with these because I want to be able to switch out my bulbs if they go out. all in all they arent the worst but far far from good. these should be more in the $200 price range.
Product simply does not work, the passenger side flashes all the time and when you try to get a return they will not let you. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM. 0/10 customer service.
