Installed on a 2024 2500hd ZR2 bison with stock halogen taillights. Ordered these along with the converter for the wiring harness under the truck. Install was straightforward, and took me about 30 minutes to complete. Once installed the turn signal would hyper flash after 3 flashes. Ended up having to order the other converter (resistors) even though I didn’t have stock LED lights. These resistors took 10 minutes to install and now they work great. Installed for about a month now with no issues
Headlights do look nice but DRL strip started malfunctioning, some of the plastics started melting and there’s a lot of condensation. They’re cool looking headlights but wouldn’t buy again.
I was initially impressed with the Alpheex LED bulbs I purchased, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Considering the advertised lifespan and the fact that I've always used them as intended, this is extremely premature.
When I contacted Alpheex customer support about the issue, I was met with a shocking response: they refused to provide any warranty or support. They claimed that the bulb had likely passed its "warranty period," even though the bulb was clearly within its expected lifespan.
I feel completely short sided by Alpheex. Their lack of customer service and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing Alpheex LED bulbs to look elsewhere. There are undoubtedly better options on the market that offer both quality and reliability.
They are expensive but, I absolutely love the fit and look.
Looks great on my truck. Highly recommend for “blackout applications”
