I purchased a set and when I opened the box to install the lights, one section broke off. I contacted customer support but have still not heard back from their Technical Service team and it’s been a week already. I think paying $900+ including shipping would get you quality product but definitely not in this case with Alpharex. Will look at Morimoto brand from now on.

I bought these headlights about three years ago on the driver side headlight stopped working It is kind of sad that I paid around $1200 and can’t even replace a bulb or anything after something goes wrong. I would never recommend buying these.
I ordered my taillights on 1/4/25 and they arrived quickly. I was excited and installed them right away. They look amazing, but unfortunately they do not function properly. They hyperflash and give my bulb out warnings on the dash. I have called, messaged, and emailed for help. One person responded with a phone number to send videos of my problems. I sent the videos. I left messages. No response. I tried again to get help. I was told my message would be sent to support. I haven’t heard anything from you guys on my taillights that do not function properly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. Currently I’m almost a month in with no assistance on my taillights that hyperflash, bring up warning lights of bulbs out in my dash, and one side that has also gone completely out at times. I tapped on it and it came back on, not much confidence in this staying functional. I love the look of these taillights but if they are not going to work I’d rather return them and get my money back. Currently I cannot even drive my truck with your non functioning taillights. But I get no response from your company except someone will contact me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile I’m left with a useless product, that was not cheap. This is beyond frustrating.
