19-24 Ram 2500/3500 LUXX-Series LED Tail Lights Alpha-Black

I spent a total of $240 additional dollars on getting these lights to work. bought the harness to work with my 2019 Ram 3500 with factory halogen lights. The converter harnesses were supposed to make these lights work with the Gen 5 trucks. They worked for about 30 minutes, then failed. Then got on with tech support, who took 8 hours of back and forth, and blaming every part on my truck for the faulty tail lights, to finally tell me to purchase a programming device to change the configuration in my body controller. So another $140 and 8 hours of testing/wiring later. I finally had the lights functioning properly. Now I am told I may not have warranty on them because I modified the lights wiring harness. I did not modify...I made it work!

Awesome looking lights, but DEFINITELY not "Plug-and-Play"

If I could rate zero stars I would. Send me these lights and directly out of the box the converters are no good. My brake light was yellow and turn signal was red and then stopped working altogether. Made contact with customer service who then interrogated me before sending me a new set of converters. Only then do I receive the incorrect converters in the mail. Now they will not answer any emails of mine because I work every day during their hours of contact via phone. So I’m SOL. The lights suck and the customer service is even worse in my case. Hopefully this will get their attention. I hate to bash companies publicly and always give them time to fix it but it’s been over a month and they’ve done nothing.

Lights look incredible and functioned great the first week of install. Left my first show with them and got an error for Left Taillight turn signal out. Checked them and found neither turn signal working and neither brake light working. Both functions run through the "converters." Spent the last 2 months trying to get something figured out with them and fixed. They claim installing resistors fixes the issue and if that is the case I feel like that is something that should be sent with the taillights upon purchase or at least mentioned somewhere and at this point should've been sent to me to fix them. Highly disappointed in not only the product but the customer service has been very rough. If you have issues expect to call them multiple times for each answer or not hear back for 2 weeks. If things are fixed and I am able to eventually run these garage decorations I will update my review.

Put them in correctly and they worked great for about the first 30 mins of driving with them in for the first time. Then my truck started saying that the lights were out and they were. Contacted support and they set me some more resistors to add on and still had the same problem. So I took them out and put my old ones back in and am in the process of getting them returned, though struggling with the support team to make that happen.

I bought these tail lights for a 23 Ram 2500 with factory halogens. Fit and finish was superior to my OEM halogens. I installed them with the resistors and they worked great in my shop without the truck running but I noticed a delay on the passenger tail light when hitting the lock or unlock button on the first press. 2nd press was uniform. I didn't think much about it until I drove it and the passenger light went into hyper flash and error code came up. I talked with a tech and they sent me different resistors . I was really optimistic they would work but, unfortunately same issue with right tail light. I was really bummed when the rep told me they probably just weren't compatible. I still question whether I just had a bad tail light. I would have definitely given them 5 stars if they would have worked.
